Our engine scores matches based on: (1) Proximity — distance from your home to the school, (2) Subject Fit — whether you teach what they need, (3) Qualification Match — your level vs. their requirement, (4) Salary Alignment — your expectation vs. their budget, and (5) Timing — when you can start vs. when they need you.

Yes. Every school on EduMatch is verified through EduVerify — our sister platform that validates school CAC registration, physical address, and ownership. No fake schools. No scam postings.

Yes. You can set your "willing to relocate" preference in your profile. If enabled, you'll see matches beyond your commute radius. You can also set a custom maximum distance.

EduMatch does not handle salaries — you negotiate directly with the school. However, your EduVerify Wallet works across all platforms. You can earn referral bonuses (₦250 per paid referral) and withdraw to your bank account anytime.

Three tiers: (1) ID Verification — upload your NIN, (2) Qualification Verification — upload your certificates (NCE, degree, etc.), (3) Reference Verification — provide referee contact details. Each tier unlocks more trust and better matches.

Schools post positions from their EduVerify Dashboard under the "Staffing (EduMatch)" tab. Your posting appears instantly on EduMatch for seekers to see. You need an active EduVerify subscription (₦5,000/year).
